  • Customer cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable.
  • Company cancellations: If we cancel due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • No-shows: Guests who do not arrive on time for departure are not eligible for a refund.

3.5 Safety & Conduct

All guests must follow the captain’s and crew’s instructions at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a trip early if a guest’s behavior jeopardizes safety or the enjoyment of others.

4. Liability Disclaimer

4.1 Assumption of Risk

Participation in boat tours, diving, and water activities involves inherent risks. By joining our tours, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own responsibility.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

  • Injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in tours or use of equipment.
  • Weather conditions, sea conditions, or events beyond our control.
